A small two-storey terraced house. Downstairs there’s a dining room, a small kitchen and a small bathroom, and an interior storage-distribution room with the staircase. Upstairs there’s a bedroom and a living room, which could serve as a second bedroom, an interior storage room and a toilet.

The house is situated in El Fargue at 5km from the centre of the city of Granada, just past the district of Sacromonte. It is on the old main road to Murcia and has fabulous views towards the Sierra Nevada in the front and over the Vega de Genil at the back.

There is car parking in front of the house. The bus into Granada leaves every hour on the hour. Return from “Jardines de Triunfo” on the half hour. A taxi into the centre costs about 7 euros.

It is well equipped, with bed linen and towels provided; cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, radio-CD player, TV, DVD & video, hi fi, computer, internet access, etc.
There is no dishwasher.
